Spatial Database of Planted Trees (SDPT Version 2.1)

Caution: This dataset is a compilation of planted tree data from a variety of countries and sources. As a result, there are definitional and temporal inconsistencies within the database, as well as an absence of a uniform accuracy assessment.

This dataset uses harmonized data at national and regional scales. For this reason, it is best used at global, regional, national, state, or provincial scales. This dataset was not created for intended use at hyper-local scales (e.g., tracking individual restoration projects at the municipality or community level).
